yeah i never stretch out an oil change that long...granted you could do it and prolly be fine, but I'm not gonna risk it....i change mine every 3K, some times sooner and I use Mobil 1 synthetic (till i switch to Mobil 1 in the spring) and always use a quality filter like Wix
not trying to start anything, its just a preference
i currently have almost 106,000 miles...on my third 25k mile oil change and not a single problem with the engine

Yep Yep is mobil one any better or worse than amsoil
I work at a dealership and amsoil is hard to get a hold of it seem's and mobil one is every where

well a lot of people use mobil one on here... i used it before i started with amsoil.... amsoil has had slightly better oil analysis results but in the end its your call.... i like my amsoil better than mobil 1 some other people just dont want to order it and pay the extra money... its your call....

...Mobil 1's quality has dropped immensely ( i forget why), I'll check an let you know...
