Why would you want to lower a 4x4? Seems kinda useless...cuz arent you killing your ability to go offroading?

the reason for lowering the truck is that it is a Hemi Sport and sits kinda high for a sport truck. it looks as if i could lower the front 2" and the rear 3-4" depending on the look. when i bought the truck i wasnt aware that they made the Sport in 2wd and the dealer i got it from didnt have any others. as far as i can tell there is one other guy around here that has a Hemi Sport and his is black. basically i didnt buy this truck to off-road in, if i was gonna do that i would have opt'ed for a truck without a body kit. thanks for all your input though, it is appreciated

i dont know about the frt suspension for lowering but they make lowering shakles for the rear so the truck sits level.

I have thought about the same thing but I wouldn't go to low. Most shackles I've seen lower 1 1/2". So what I thought would be lower the rear, then crank the front up 1" to make it level. Since my truck is about 2 1/2" off. Like I said it's just a thought.

your not supposed to make it sit level, thats why the shackles are only 1 and a half inches cause when you put load in the back it will sit level, otherwise youll be nosehigh when towing and make the truck work harder then it should
