I've read online that they will be discontinuing the Mega Cabafter 2007. Does anyone know if this is actually true.... I keep finding mixed stories on this topic..,.

I read another place that the Mega Cabwill only be a special order vehicle and can be ordered with the 6.1 liter hemi and 24" wheels in what appears to be some kind of sport package being offered. I'm finding very conflicting stories on the Mega Cab's future....

 

I know they have 2008 models on the lots around here. (Pa)

 

We've got left over 07's but I haven't seen any 08's here.... maybe I'd better say there wasn't any on my local dealer lot last week when I got called in for yet another recall.

 

I test drove a 2008 Ram 3500 Mega with the Cummins 6.7L yesterday at my local dealer. I didn't get a chance to talk to the salesman when I got back. But when I do I'll ask the question. BTW, I really liked the 3500 Mega. That 6.7L runs strong and quiet. I was really impressed how well it rode on dirt roads while it was empty. Wasn't a harsh ride at all. Pretty smooth for a 1 ton truck. If I can only get over my fears of the emissions system I might just buy one.

I got the Hemi seems like a good motor. I would have like to had the diesel but ran out of $$

 

I'm here to tell you that I have a new 08 Mega cab (with the Hemi). So they do make them.
