A balloon attached to your right foot. Better breathing, in and out. Proper gas (not 87 and not 93).

When I got my truck I was getting up'er 14's. I put in a K&N air filter, and Magnaflow exhaust, and now I get up'er 15's. This is all around town driving, I have not been on a trip yet to find out what I will get on the hwy.

The same question is asked by EVERY newbie, and the answer is always the same. Cat back exhaust, CAI & Tuner, in that order...
