I found out that if you turn your key like you are going to startyour truck2 mile per hour before you hit the computers top speed it will deactivatethe rev limiterand you will have no govener. Its pretty cool I tried it myself. my top speed was 106mph after i turned the key I hit 115mph.Oh, i have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 Daytona I'm not saying go out and trythis. I was just expirementing and happend to come across it.

no they are limited from the factory.. mine was at 104... now with the superchips its at 140[sm=gears.gif] but um... obide all speed limits

 

On my buddies 02 you just turn the key forward and stomp on it, and it just goes till you run out of juice.

i havent tried it on my mine though...105 is fast enough for me

 

Mine was 115 from the Factory. Weird that yours was 104

 

Hopefully your starter doesn't engage at that speed..

the 07 and i would guess the 06 has tip start, dont think that would work on ours.

 

Starter doesn't engage (smart circuit) at any speed (I tried it), but from what i understand you lose the gauges (no thanks).

 

On my 2004 your did lose the gauges, on the new 07 hemi you don't
