RE: Oil
So I have free oil changes for 75,000 miles or 5 years at any Dodge dealership.... So I get them just before 3,000 miles (only 2 so far). Anyways, my question is, what are they putting in there? I'm assuming it's the manufacturer recommneded? I've always loved Mobil 1 on my sports cars and past truck, but now I don't know what's going in there....

RE: Oil
People who shop at walmart are generally cheap (i shop there 5 times a week though) and they arent gonna pay 10 bucks a quart of oil. Theyd rather pay 5 bucks a quart and use the change to buy a can of dip, press on nails for the wife, diapers, and a 12 pack of schlitz or if youre in texas schaefer light. [sm=partyparty.gif]
just changed the rear diff with amsoil 75 140 severe gear 15 bucks a quart.
Hey Dr Hunter, if you go to google, type in amsoil and your city you should find some places that sell amsoil products.

Hey sobo they damn sure aint putting in synthetic. knowing how cheap dealer****s are they probably just run a bass fishing net through their recycled oil bin and call it new.
Amoil 5-30 xl 9 bucks a quart, 25k mile, i replace every 6k though, comes out cleaner than any oil ive ever seen, even comparing to a 3k mile oil change with reg oil. before used mob1 syn but thats 7 bucks a quart, whats another 2 bucks for a better oil.
