Thats weird cause my friends 07 RC hemi top speed islimited to only 107mph. So I'm guessing Dodge sets the speed limiter depending on what your tire's speed rating is at. Thats the only reason I can think of whythey would do that.

Mine came with the off road package and all terrains. Still did 115.

115, i was racing a Subaru Impreza WTI and he kept on going and going and going.....

my dak throttles back at 118, dodge sets there governor there. with the proper flashing it is removed and will hit 130. no need to go that fast on the streets.
