Default Leveling kit

Hey everyone out there in dodge land. Just wanting to know if there is any other way to level a 1500 QC 4x4 Hemi without buying the leveling kits. Have not been under the truck yet to really take a look. Can you just crank up on the torsion bars?

i think it has torsions. the yrs were from 02-05. But just lift up the front by the crossmember right under the engine then get under there with a 18 size socket and a longer rachet. if you try tightening them with all the wieght on the ground it will be impossible. lift the truck until the tires are barely off the ground in the front. I lifted mine about 2- 2.5 0r maybe three inches i couldn't tell. You'll need an alignment and new shocks. Mise as well get new shocks anyway. the oem suck. Everyone says this will wear out parts quickley but I think there exaggerating or there getting the info from some else that hasn't done it. Just don't go over board under there like I started to do. ha. Ill post some pics of my truck.

ohh and don't freakout when you go over a speed bump and it feels like the front of your truck is goin to fall off. Is just the shocks topping out. You'll 2+ inch longer shocks. Still haven't done mine becuase the being ordered but i'm goin with bilstiens 5100. It's weird becuase the shocks im getting are actually for a ford f150.
