Damn people that can't park..
So yea, I was at the movies seeing I am Legend (good movie) and I get back to my truck and what do I see....someone hit my brand new truck on the drivers door[:@]!!! I was soo pissed and still am...I drove around the parking lot just praying to find a vehicle with bluepaint transfer on it. It doesn't look dented but it's scratched all to hell, as if they hit it trying to park and then dragged it another foot or so. I can't stand people that don't man up to their mistakes...society is going to hell in a hurry.
Anyone know of a good polish/scratch remover? I'll post pics when I get a chance..

Thanks guys...I've been bummed about itfor awhile. I guess now-a-days you have to park in the back corner of the lot..then you just have to worry about someone breaking into it.

Ouch! Sorry to hear.
I would suggest going to security at the theater and asking to view their tapes. They probably have security cameras outside. If you're lucky you'll be able to get that person's license plate number.
If you're willing to walk, I'd suggest parking in the back of the lot and so long as it's not packed take up two spots.

Sorry about that Man, my wife called me over here (I'm in Iraq)a week after I was home on leave in 05 just after we bought my "Brandie" and it was the "I'm so sorry" call she got T-boned. Well after we gotit out of the shop she drove over to Wally world to get something but parked way out there and low and behold some JACKA** just had to park next to the repainted side and scratched it. I wish she had gotten a lic # and make and all I would have gotten up with that B**turd when I got back. Good luck with the fix

Somebody did just that. They hit someone in a car park whilst "trying" to park.
The guy who was hit, got the tapes.
They got the license number and the police got involved.
The woman (surprise surprise LOL), who did the damage, went to court, got a massive fine plus.......6 penalty points on her license.
When you consider 12 points and your banned depending on if your a new driver or not (they are banned at 6), that's half her allowance gone before being forced off the road. thats quite asignificant penalty.
We need more of this to stop these assh*les doing this kinda stuff!
Sorry for you and your truck.
It's some nasty Christmas present??????
All the best,
Al.
You just can't win; many years ago, a co-worker if mine parked his brand new Dodge pickup WAY out in the lot at the local civic center. While he was inside, some mouth-breather ran into it tearing across the parking lot at about 45. Completely totalled the Dodge. He'd had it less than a month.
Good luck. I try parking out in the boonies all the time with my truck. I find that even if the lot is pretty empty that some bone head just has to park out by me. I've gotten a few dings in my doors that I need removed.
