35's for looks but next to no extra room for any flexing, so anything but mild off road use would be out...
[align=left]im not going to be going offraod maybe once and a while, but if i run the 35's should i regear?? and what offset would i need on the rims to run the 33's or the 35's

-12 offset and about a 4.5" backspace would be good. You would just barely clear 35's and clear 33's very easily. If your stock gears are 3.92 you would just about still be in spec with 33s. If you have the ****ty 3.55s then opt for 4.10s. With 35's you really want 4.56 gears.
would i be ok running a 315/70/17?? i have the stock 20's on now but i hate them and want to get rid of them.

Thats what I have on my truck....no lift, level,or t-bar crank....clear no problem. They are a tad taller than a 33" tire. You can see pics of them in my other thread.
tirepackage.com has some great deals on rims/tires. I got those nitto's for $160 each.
