Default leveling kit

ive searched and searched and cant seem to find a direct answer its either a hit or a miss... im lookin for the max size tire i can run on a 2005 ram 1500 4x4 with the tb crank... im seein that i can run 33 1250 17 but can i go any bigger or is that the biggest size i can run and the offset that i would need... plz help....[&:]

yea... you should run a 33 if you really wanted to run a 35 i have been told its possible... i wouldnt do it... No flex you will prolly rub some....

35's for looks but next to no extra room for any flexing, so anything but mild off road use would be out...

-12 offset and about a 4.5" backspace would be good. You would just barely clear 35's and clear 33's very easily. If your stock gears are 3.92 you would just about still be in spec with 33s. If you have the ****ty 3.55s then opt for 4.10s. With 35's you really want 4.56 gears.

would i be ok running a 315/70/17?? i have the stock 20's on now but i hate them and want to get rid of them.

Thats what I have on my truck....no lift, level,or t-bar crank....clear no problem.They are a tad taller than a 33" tire. You can see pics of them in my other thread.



tirepackage.com has some great deals on rims/tires. I got those nitto's for $160 each.
