Default Nerf Bar Install Help

I would like to install Nerf Bars but i am too cheap to pay someone to do it. How difficult are they to install? does anyone have pictures of an install or the mounting brackets?

it is really easy to do as long as the nerf bars say no drilling required. this means that the nerf bars will install using factory holes in the frame. these holes however are covered by tape but everything bolts on easy with no problem i dont have any pics but i have wheel to wheel westin nerf bars they look great and work great.

Here's a pic of the front bracket on the "Bolt-On" Nerf Bars...

Also a good YouTube Video showing you how to install them:

About an hour with just hand tools in the driveway, cut the time in half if you get someone to hold things in place for you.
Cheap out on the install and do it yourself, but not on the Nerfs. I've bought some really cheap no name brands before and they are cheazy. Step pads that come off, black ones that the paint come off on, and chrome ones that pit within months. I've had 3 sets of Westins (two black and one chrome) that I've never had any issues with at all...

I second, or third, or (well you get the point) what the others have said. It's pretty simple and straight forward, having to pay someone to install them would be a waste in my opinion. Just common tools is all they should require....as the others have said as well, don't buy crappy nerf bars...they are subject to allot of weather, etc.. while your driving and you'll quickly see you get what you paid for. I had a buddy who got some 'e*Bay specials'...within 2 months he ditched 'em for some name brand. I watched and learned and went straight for some stainless steel units for my ride...
