Alritey... WELCOME to the 3rd gen section buddy!!! got the mod itch do we... see if trueflow makes an intake for your truck... they're popular and give an excellent bang for your buck... I love magnaflow mufflers as well... you can find them on a lot of websites... google em....

Learn something new everyday I guess. I dont think I have ever heard that aboutany car. I know the pros of a CAI were because its less restrictive I just figured because your changing that old paper filter and the majority of the time with an aftermarket intake you have more filter surface area. But I always thought that the real benefit of a CAI was pulling air from a much cooler spot that the original.
