Alritey... WELCOME to the 3rd gen section buddy!!! got the mod itch do we... see if trueflow makes an intake for your truck... they're popular and give an excellent bang for your buck... I love magnaflow mufflers as well... you can find them on a lot of websites... google em....

That one must not be much better than stock because it does not remove the plastic engine cover that connects it to the TB.
You could make a CAI out of PVC or ABS and get a K&N filter, if you don't mind the look. As far as mufflers go, get a Magnaflow, the reason I am against flowmasters is because they have NO performance gains over stock mufflers, sure they sound nice but the mags sound just as nice with better performance.
