that would be pretty cool. The only down side I see is if it is raining, you couldn't shut your door in a hurry. like now. but it really wouldn't be that much longer.

A friend emailed me this link a few months ago. For those who are interested, they're located in South Cali, but I'm not sure where. They never specified when I asked. They'll have a quote for me mid January, although I'm guessing it'll be way out of my price range anyway. They also said they'd need one to two months to do the work.

I'll post the numbers they send me when I have them.

Somewhere on their site it mentioned that it was about the same as having an automatic sliding door on a van installed. I've got no clue what that is, and I'm guessing that'd be a per door cost. My guess is somewhere between $10000 and $15000 but we'll see. If I had money to burn I'd be first in line. Although you can't actually see what the interior side of the doors looks like which would be nice to know.
