Actually, sometimes you can see it more than feel it. To do that, watch someone you trust wheel your truck through some fairly frisky turns. You'll see it roll toward the outside of the turn. A rear sway bar will damp that down a bunch. My Hellwig steadied my truck down very nicely.

I also put a Helwig Anti Sway bar on mine It worth every penny you be glad you did.
