Hi,

I just got these 22" rims for my truck:

and now it looks funny because it looks like a huge gap between the bed of the truck and the tire. Anyone familiar with lowering a truck that has some tips?

It better be a 2wd! Anybody who would put 22" wheels on a 4x4 and then contemplate lowering it should be drawn and quartered, then banned from this forum!

Put some real tires on it! Can you buy a 245/50x22?

 

If you want to lower the back, you can use lowering shackles.

whatd ya expect?!?!?.....depends on which route u want to take but you can lower the whole truck or just the rear (which i think thats what you want)...go on ebay or some other website that has a set of lowering shackles...should lower the rear about 2" or so

 

I would definantly be interested in pics as I'm looking at getting those rims for my truck as well, would love to see them on a ram before I make the purchase!!!!

Also that's not a bad price, do you recommend that website?? How long did it take for shipment?
