Well i was pondering on doing a little shopping so i know that i def want a CAI, but what i am unsure of is how running boards and a black brush guard would look??? i cant picture it i n my mind so i am unsure ??3
Personally, I have the Side steps, But i'm also inthe market for a brush guard. I think they are both good investments. I have a few friends that are to short to get into the truck and the side step helps them get in. It also looks food being crome with black steps. I also do a bit of offroading, and have had a scratch problem with the front fenders. The brushguard would help protect the front better. It is all on personal preference. They are equal in price. To make it simple, if you do alot of offroading get the brushguard then side steps, if your mainly on pavement, do it vise versa. And don't get a CAI unless you do exhaust as well. CAI alone will not give you any feelable power gain. Also the purpose of the CAI is so it can breath better... So getting the CAI and exhaust together insure good in breathing AND good out breathing...
i dont know why the poll popped up still new at this i guess well i do have the exhuast all ready but ... i def. want the brush guard due to my hunting addiction that i have i guess i will try and c if i like it if not just sell it
Hmmmm, they would look good in both chrome and black. Black would be a little more subdued and chrome would have more bling. It depends on what you're looking for.
