REAR BUMPER

Default REAR BUMPER

Is it a big to take off the rear bumper my sport one shoud be here soon and I think i'm just going to change it out

If they haven't changed since the 2nd Gens, and I doubt they would have, it's just bolted on. I took mine off to relocate it when I put a 3" body lift on my '98 RCSB 4x4. Two people and hand tools are enough to handle it, but air tools makes it faster/easier...

so you went with the sport bumper... that should look sweet! I would love to get some black off road bumpers... but thats just me... post pics when your done!

Nope, another advantage of a suspension lift is that you don't have to relocate (raise) your rear bumper this also means that if you don't have the tow package you could still tow with the rear bumper.

I was thinking if you didn't have a sport bumper, maybe I can get it wrapped in black sticker material like they do with rv's and toyhaulers. That way when it eventually gets pelted by rocks and what not its easy to replace.
