I have been reading that if we go to war with Iran, gas prices can go up to more than $4, with predictions to $4 by this summer or end of year. If the warmonger goes more nuts, I will have to dump mine at $4.

 

already at 1.07 a liter here hell what another 50 cents the sky is the limit when it comes to gas prices they have us my the nads !! until they figure a way to charge us for breathing air they will just keep increasing the price of gas to line there pockets, dirty bastards !!

how many more hours of work
must you now do
to pay for the increased cost of gasoline
for the total mileage you drive the truck a year?

if you drive 13,000 miles per year
and get 13 mpg
and the cost of gasoline has gone up $2 per gallon
from the $1 per gallon it was in 1999
and you take a 2nd job paying ? per hour
how many
extra 8 hr shifts of work
is it for you?

 

I voted for 4 dollars - right now I am paying about 2.90 - which I hate - I imagine I will hate 4 dollars even more - but I don't think I ll dump my truck - I need it for hunting and hauling but I would buy a little 4 banger for commuting

i dont know if i can dump it... i use it too much and on top of that i love it tooo much!! i would prolly just drive a POS 4 banger or something for daily driver... but i would really like a bike

 

yea...i voted 6, because somewhere in there, it would probably be more cost effective to HIRE SOMEONE TO PUSH IT!! But I couldn't part with it.

i wont dump it! if i have to i'll ride my harley to work until it it gets too cold.(i.e. below 32 deg f).look we all bought these trucks knowing full well the reputation for their appetite. is owning a truck a man thing? damn right it is! so if u have to buy a four banger to commute dont be ashamed.your toy/baby/girlfriend or whatever you call your BIG BAD *** TRUCK will still be at home for you to enjoy.also think of the miles you WONT be putting on it!there is no substitute for American muscle. HEMI POWER!!!!!!!!!!!
