Depending on the year the Chevy would have been better.
On a typical week (non-winter gas mix)I burn 3/4 of a tank. With the winter mix I am just about using the whole thing.

On my typical week, my tank normally sees 3 fillups... lol, luckily only 1 of those comes out of my pocket!!
I pay inside because the pump shuts off at $100.00 if you pay at the pump and it's not full. The clerks always do a double take because they are not used to that high amount. I have been making a killing on my credit card I get 5% back from the station.

Rebels in oil well rich Nigeria Delta have lost several battles with government soldiers and appear to be unable to start a full scale civil war there.
US attacks on Iran seem less likely...unless Iran provokes it.
Iraq oil production is going up slightly.
Canada oil production is going up slightly.
Russian oil production is going up slightly.
A double whammy of lower economic growth,
and a slow reaction to high fuel prices
seem to be slowing down or reversing the amount of crude oil imports in the USA.
With just a bit of luck to go along with the above stuff,
we might see gasoline prices begin to drop month by month
for awhile.
On the unlucky side,
if crude oil prices begin falling
the unpredictable Hugo Chavez of Venezuela
might try some wild tricks,
because without money from oil sales
he won't be able to keep his supporters.

I wish it cost me 64.00 to fill up, I have paid as little as 107.00 and as much as 152.00 for Diesel, it really isn't bad I have a 34 gallon tank, but the problem is that I have a lead foot and love putting those little "fast and the furious" cars in their place lol.
