Check your torsion bars make sure the back side isn't rubbing, Iv'e had this problem happen before very hard to find.

Whoa, you might wanna search for a new dealer to do your warranty work.

My shop replaced the tie rods right when i got there, but they had to have it till noon, because it HAD to have an alignment with the rods being replaced, and dodge picked up the whole tab...

 

Ok today I got my Truck alignment done for $50.00 and it is dead on thank God for that. They all so found that the noise is coming from the hood hitting the finder on the inside. They raised the hood stops and the noise is gone. But they told be to see ifparts dept. at the dealerhave rubber dampeners that can go on the fenders. So they can bring the hood back down. I think I found a new Shop. They did not charge me to find out where the noise was coming from. They told me they where happy to help with this.

 

One more thing I thought the Dealer was supposed to be the Best LOL
