Does the procomp come with shocks? 1400 is a decent price considering how tall you're wanting to go. And Procomp is a well known company that is proven and trusted. You dont really want to cheap out on your lift do you? My buddy bought an economy lift for his ranger and ended up going down the road sideways. Just something to think about.

Here's a good site for decent prices and good products. http://www.rockymountainsusp.com/

I, personally, would go witha Fabtech system. They make a6" and a 4.5". I just happen to think Fabtech is higher quality!

They do have some good prices, though...

Fabtech makes quality lifts. They are in a cool blue powdercoat too. looks real nice. Only thing is dont buy Fabtech shocks, especially the three way adjustable that usually come with their kits. I had two sets from them and only got 3 or 4 months out of both sets. I never even went offroad. My truck was a pavement pounder! LOL

Since we're talking suspension...everyone who looks at this post needs to check out KORE is they haven't already.

I'm really looking into doing one of these systems...they're not huge, so they won't lift your truck 6" or anything, but they appear to be very high quality and very technical.

If anyone would like to shed some light on the subject that would be great.

I think I'm looking into doing the KORE recon series lift kit. I think it might only get 3" in front and 1" in rear, but looks great!

Look at this kit...sick...

They also make a nice-looking leveling kit for a pretty penny...

That does look pretty sweet. Remember your truck might look a little lower in the front than that truck though. They have the prerunner fenders on it with the high and wide clearance.
