I wonder if I could still do it with my lift?

No drilling, just simple mechanic wrenches... The directions are crappy as all hell, but it went rather quick considering I was freezing my butt off!!!

I also installed a Hellwig, so I don't know if any other set-up requires drilling!

Installing a Anti-Sway bar with a lift on the truck I'm not quite sure about that one. I do know if you go off-road a lot, you lose articulation in the suspension. But, if you are like me I don't do that much to worry about it. Now that I have this sway-bar, I can't see driving a truck without it at all; a must have. Cornering and handling greatly improved..

How about on road ride quality? Does it ride stiffer with the swaybar?

As far as I can tell, the sway bar has not affected ride quality. Some sway bar kits require drilling, but not the Hellwig. When I had my Magnaflows installed, they had to custom-fab some pipes to clear the shocks and the sway-bar.I'd say the Hellwig was the best "performance" mod I've done to my truck.

Just be sure to check out everything, after 500 miles. Re-torque per manafacture specs and adjust if needed. I just checked everything out today and everything was fine.

So far, I'm loving this mod, by far the best thing I did!

And if anybody has any questions, just ask me or PM me! I know some are having trouble around the resonator. I managed 1" clearance along side the resonator and maintained factory specs. Also, I have 1" clearance along side the spare tire.
