Default exhaust tips?

do exhaust tips make your exhaust sound better or diffrent? and what are some good looking tips that wront rust. im putting flowmaster super 44s in

No they wont change the tone at all, they are just for looks. Any stainless tip from the muffler shop will last a long time

edit: did you know that you sinature says SIVER...not SILVER...is that intentional?

If you go exits like this, make sure you get mudflaps for your truck!!! If you run them without mudflaps, they'll be chewed up within a month or so!!!

where do they sell good looking slashed tips? and do i need long ones so you dont see the rest of the pipe? and also does the pipe from flowmaster sound better then just taking to a shop and getting them bent to fit? and how do you think the truck would look if i put the tips comeing out in front of my back tires?

I just had the Super 44 installed. How would it sound w/ the tips exiting in front of the back tire, should be the question. Loud would be the answer. I had a friend relocate his because it was too loud exiting up there.
