wow! -40 C!?! At least keep her plugged in! I had my vehicle plugged in when I lived in Iowa not nearly cold as temperatures that cold!

 

WTF, its -34C today and same problem. Everytying tin the truck works, accessories but no starting, it won't even click the starter. Tried both remote and the key....nothing. Thanks for the TSB djr04, but my dealer can't find any reference for it. Maybe it's US and mine is Canadian. I have tried the battery, new one in it (not that the other one was old 3500 KM on it) has been plugged in all night and I checked the block heater, it works, when you try the remote it honks once and does nothing. Its suposed to honk twice and start, checked the battery and its fully charged, doesn't matter if I jump it or use my battery charger....nothing. Yes it has been to the dealer with no problem found, wouldn't do it for them. It will be towed tomorrow again. The reason I am posting this is if my dealer can't find a problem maybe someone here can help me steer him in the right direction. My dealer so far seems genuinely concerned to fix it.

Here is my really big problem, I deploy for Afghanistan in a few days and need my dependable vehicle to act accordingly.
