I've have a brand new 07 1500 5.7L Hemi 4x4
My question is while I am idling for a while my oil pressure drops to roughly 1/4 on the gauge and then my temp starts rising until the check engine and check gauge lights come on. I checked the engine and it did not seem like it was over heating so I start to drive and the temp immediately drops to normal and the oil pressure increases to normal also. The dealership says they cannot find anything wrong and the computer does not retain any code for future reference. Does anyone have a clue about what's going on with my baby

Yeah, take it back to the dealer and tell them to fix it. Your temp is not supposed to do that and they need to fix your problem.
