Haha, Well The Cab Lights Even Intimidated Me Initially. Just As Always, Measure Twice.. Drill Once. If You Read My DIY How I Measured My Cab Can Be Translated Into ANY Application, As Long As You Understand How It Works.

In My Opinion, At Any Point You Feel Your "Ghetto Rigging" Something, Stop, Walk Away - And Come Back To It and Do It Properly. And ALWAYS, ALWAYS, Leave Yourself an Open Window of Time To Do It.. If You Only Have 1 Hour To Install Them, Don't Bother.

Yes I Do HVAC, Funny That You Mentioned That. My Company Is Located Right Across The Street From Our Towns Police Station.. Anytime They See MeAt My ShopAt Night, A Couple of The Cops Stop by To See "What I Am Doing, Now". LoL.. They Actually Asked Me To Install All The Equipment On Their Squads.

Honestly Couldn't Charge People To Do What I Do. I Will Take All The Time In The World To Make My Truck Done Right, But Being on The Clock Is Another Story. Same Reason I Graduated Automotive School and Never Worked On A Customers Vehicle Again - I Liked It So Much as A Hobby, Couldn't Imagine Doing It As A Profession.


I Want To See What Gauge Wire Was Ran First, and What AMP Fuse Was Used (To The Cargo Light)- To Determine If It Will Handle The Additional Load.. The Bed Rail Lights Are Only 1/4 Watt -5 Amp System. If The Stock Cargo Light Wires are Not Adequate I Will Most Likely Use A Current Sensing Relay And Run A New PowerWire - Better Safe Than Sorry.
