Your fan is goosed.
What happens when your fan on the AC radiator doesn't work is, the condenser cycles and the lines get too hot to touch, to and from the AC radiator.
It's very noticable betwen the two.
I burned my hand when mine was faulty and when I refurbished the fan, the cold lines stopped my hand from throbbing, from the burn as they were ice cold.o
Also, you might here a very loud hissing sound as the pressure eqiualises between the high pressure and low pressure sides.
Mine did.
Replace the AC fan and put in a new shroud to stop the ice forming in the bottom of the tray causing the fan to freeze in it when it's cold, then tripping the fuse.
