well, 3 days ago i bought the k&n air filter for my truck. i noticed a difference immediately!!! like, i can hear the engine louder and i feel the power gain. i cant wait till i get a cai then. yep, just wanted to let you guys know that it added a bit of power

 

well it's good to know your givin your truck some more power...finally lol....where in the heck have ya been man? haven't seen ya around the site in awhile

 

Just from the filter? I used a drop in just for ease, not for power. but i sure didnt notice any gains of noise.

I remember when I threw my drop in K&N. The difference was like night and day. It was one of the few mods I bought then replaced with a K&N CAI. Once of these days I will get off my butt and sell my old K&N drop in (only 1k - 2k miles on it).

 

I gave my drop in to Pappy_FB when I installed my CAI. Boy, I sure do miss Pappy around here...

 

I didn't notice a change when I put in the drop in, but that could just be me. In reference to Pappy_FB, he was a great member to have, wish someone could convince him to come back.
