Default You guys with the 50 series flowmaster??

Just wondering if you guys with the 50 series flowmaster could tell me if you can here the MDS real bad when it kicks in?? And also do you have your pipes dumped or ran out the back?? Im tryin to figure ot what to get...

50 Series HD here, yes you can hear the MDS, but it's not too terrible when it kicks in over 50. If MDS kicks in under 50 it's rather annoying... Pipes exit behind the tires.... Vids in Signature...

Did you get the single in single out, or the single in dual out?? And you cut off all resagnators correct??

I have the 50 series. Single in and out with no rear reso. Tail pipe exit behind right rear tire. Can hear MDS engage,but sound is not intrusive.

got it. i can hear it sometimes. music is usually loud tho ha. mine go out the back. ive been thinkin bout gettin it dumped tho. either that or a 40 series. kinda want it louder. one day my pipe came loose out of the muffler and was soooo loud! it rattled my cab. thats y i noticed ha.

Flowmaster HD 9530560 Single in/out, no resonator, stock pipe after resonator was cut out.

Nice mellow tone without rattling your eardrums.

HD series is the only one they recommend for Hemis.

i have a 40 series, i cut out both resonators, single in dual out just infront of the right rear tire. if you change your exhaust make sure you weld instead of clamps... i love the way it sounds, like a good ole V8. when the MDS kicks in it's not bad if you have the radio on you can't even hear it. ifdrop both those resonators it will sound awesome wherever you exit.
