im looking into getting a system sometime in the near future. im gonna start off with a cd player. hopefully a double-din or flip-out. i saw a video of the guy selling his truck who had that really kool double-din dvd/tv/mp3 player. way kool!! what do you guys all have? post a pic of your cd player and subs and the make and model of them and price. thanks! by the way, im bone stock.

if u get the dvd/cd player spend the extra money on one thats at list $700. the other cheap ones you see at best buy for $300 suck. If you can and have the money I would put in a touch screen moniter and have a ipod hook up. The motor on the pop out kind might break later on. Me I just have a $150 sony xlpod deck with buit in ipod wire. Its my first system so I will eventually get what I really want.

 

nice systems guys!! hemipwr07, that deck is way nice!!! i havent seen that one yet. i can get the money for a touch screen double-din. im looking into either kenwood or alpine. im a huge alpine fan. we have a pioneer avic-n2 in my moms honda... it blows!! but i had 2 rockford fosgate P1's but downgraded to only 1. as for door speakers, im looking at mb quartz or polk momo's. im a fan of those. subwoofers, im open but looking waaaaay towards memphis or mtx or rockford. jl's arent what theyre cracked up to be. oh, by the way, i know my stuff around audio, im just wondering what you guys all have
