Maybe you should take a look at the BFG All-Terrain in a 305/65-18, it runs about 33.7 in diameter so it is like running a 34 in heigth and the width shouldn't be any problem. It is a good performing and looking tire that might be perfect sizewise. 325's do look a lot wider and more aggresive, but you might run into clearance issues? Or you could do a 33/12.5-18 which would give you the same heigth and a little more width than the stock tires you have, unfortunately most of the 33 and 35/12.5's come in mud tread designs only, good luck and post a pic when it is done.
