Default Middle leaf removed?

I noticed the other day that my truck was sitting lower and looked more level than a basically identical ram quad cab that was parked next to me. I looked underneath my truck to find that the alignment clamp seems to have been cut and looks like I am missing a leaf? Im pretty sure its not the overload since the small one on the bottom is still installed, is this my middle leaf thats missing? Is it safe to ride around with it out like that? Everything seems to ride ok, I get a bit of vibration at WOT in higher rpms but otherwise everything seems ok. Personally I am looking out to possibly replace the leaf springs with a set of stock ones if this will cause damage. I currently have a set of srt10 rims with 45 series tires, I was considering a 3" lift as well but am unsure of how it will look with the 22's

Cut Bracket and space where I am assuming a leaf use to be

Are you missing it on both sides? How the hell do you lose a leaf?

You are missing a leaf. My 03 QC has 3 on each side plus the flat overload. Also the brackets are complete, not cut like yours.

I would get that repaired ASAP.
