Actually it's nice having the Trans temp up there when you're towing, I didn't realize how hot mine got until I had it up there...

Also I did a test with the Intake Air Temp with my stock box VS CAI:

Stock Air Box and Hemi Hat: Ambiant Air Temp was 88, Intake temp was 152, driving down the highway;

My eBay CAI: Ambiant Air Temp was 87, Intake temp was 96, same highway, same speed, same engine temp.

It's fun being able to see your mods working like that...

 

Thats pretty sweet! I didnt realize that An intake would be able to make such a large diffence in that air temp.
I may change my mind now and look into getting an intake.

It is some much fun having it in the top setting. If you do not watch out you will be doing over 100 mph easily. Last night I hit 121 on the high way.
