I got the in-channel rain guards and the drivers side door the 3m tape didnt stick all the way in the very front at the slant. would it be ok to carefully put some super glue between where its supposed to stick??? everytime i roll my window up it hit the guard and its starting to put a dent in the guard.

 

where did you get the rain guards...id try to return it for new ones, if not try your local auto store, im sure they will probally have something a little better than super glue.

 

You can buy new 3M tape to repair them. The 1/2 or 3/8 size will work. I used it to put my tail light covers on. Good luck rippingthem out.

 

ripping them out is what im worried about. i think i might try using the 3m tape and see if i can do it without taking them off.

 

no dude, get the old stuff off! try a razor blade to cut it off carefully, maybe not ripping it off, but try the razor blade and put new 3M strips. i totally forgot about that.

 

Yes take them off and put new tape on.

 

well its only on one side...what is the easiest way to take it off with out tearing anything up?
