i live in illinois i know some states allow tinting on the front pass/driver windows to an extent but what about ill these cops will pull u over 4 anthing and i just want to not go blind in the daytime lol .

 

NO!!! ILL. COPS WILL PULL YOU OVER IN A HEARTBEAT FOR ANY TINT pretty much...I use to live in Iowa and they have very similar laws. Got 5 tickets in my last car...robbed about $250 from me. I didn't want to take it off because it looked too good lol.....I first got a ticket for 35%.....and then I got so pissed I stripped it off and it looked like ****. SO then I went 5%......**** tint

 

Give your local pig pen a call and see whats legal and what isnt.

state law, but I know illionois and iowa are almost the same. Just google legal tint in states or something and you'll get a chart. But I know Iowa was like 70% in the front and anything in the back. I know in ILL. you can leave your back window as dark as possible....so at least you can have some tint on...I'd def. leave the back on though. I hate my head showing w. ppl behind me

If You Get Pulled Over and Are Already Getting A Ticket.. They Love To Tack On The Obstructed Front Window Tickets - I Know.

Fortunately, or un Fortunately I Brought My Tint In A Bag To Court - And They Vacated It.
