By overlapping you mean covering from one end to the other (covering anything conductive) and then some and extra at the middle area to prevent it from rubbing itself raw?

Did you notice a significant difference in the front of your truck? I mean did the whole thing weigh down your truck? If so, did you have to do anything to your truck to accomodate the weight difference?
Looks pretty cool, although i can't remember when i ever needed one. But, i guess it's one of those things, where it's better to have it and not need it , than to need it and not have it..

Honestly there's about 150 - 200 pounts added on the front end and I can't see a difference in the stance.

Full size trucks, especially 4x4s can withstand the weight of the guards and winch without any noticeable sag. I have adjustable shocks and just for the hell of it I have the front shocks set 2 clicks stiffer than the rear ones. Don't know if it helps or makes any difference whatsoever, I just did it that way...

I will agree with the suspension being way stouter than your average car. This was what really scared me when I attempted to install my leveling kit. I put my truck on jack stands and tried to lift the suspension slightly with my jack but my suspension didn't budge and I ended up lifting the entire front end as I was trying to raise the suspension slightly.

Also what is this cover you have on the front of your winch that I have circled? I think it looks badass and I would opt for that rather than the WARN stainless steel covers they sell.

That is no cover, that is my mount. That's what I was talking about where my mount is so much higher than yours. The bottom sits higher on the grill guard too, which is why I can't use the bottom bar with mine, even when I opted for the lower end winch without the sealed selenoid on top like yours.
The only thing I did was put a couple of those stick on chrome tribal flames (like $3 each at Wal-Mart) to give it a little contrast to all the black on the stainless trans4mer.
