It is totally up to you. It will handle better. ride a little rougher. The big thing is going to be rubber, it's gonna be expensive. Tires for my 20's are 300 each. i cant imagine what it is for 24"s

yea, the 24s will be rougher but looke nicer. If you want a smoother ride go 22s. Otherwise, go with the 24s.

Yes, I can get 24" tires for my truck for $99. They are pure crap, but I can get them. Any decent All-terrain or mud tire in a 20" is already going to be 300 and 24" is just going to be more, I have seen muds in 24's in the 500 a tire range. Street tread 22's or 24's you can get cheaper, but you aren't going to get anything decent for under 200 even in a street tire IMO, just the way it is.

It will look good. and if you can swallow 400-500 each for decent tires, i say go for it.

Edit:

tire rack has avon's for 308 each, and Yoko's for 388 each.

I always thought trucks looked better with 17s and big rubber.

If I get a 09 it will have 17s and big rubber
