Default CIA- From TB's or No?

Hey Boys,

Jsut trying out another intake...hehe

Now, one question...Should I get an intake that goes into the the Throttle bodies, or not? I figured more of a gain since its going right into the TB? let me know your opinion? thanks again boys!!!

Is the install into the TB's pretty self explanatory? I'm sure theirs directions, but jsut making sure. thanks again guys!!! THIS BOARD ROCKS!

Simple install, directions on the K&N are very good, it took me all of an hour to install mine. Half of that was going back to the fridge for more "adult beverages". There will be a rubber coupler in the kit with two large clamps, one half clamps to the TB, the other to the CAI. Piece of cake!

Yea, a large portion of the restriction is through the bends in the stock tubing. I've always believed you get better flow with the kits that replace everything from the TB on out to the filter...

is it a pretty big difference? i like how the main part that says hemi looks. fills the compartment some too, looks emptry to me with just a tube.

thats the first thing i bought....57 series intake......resonators are bull**** restrictive parts from emission laws anything that removes them is a good thing

i wonder if you can put the CAI tube through the top hat somehow......where you have a direct connection with the throttle body, but you still have the looks of the top hat...but some people like the plastic gone..its just opinion.
