You might want to reset the ECM. I did mine a while back, and I read somewhere, maybe the FSM that the computer has to reset the TB. The way I'd suggest doing this is to disconnect the battery, turn on the headlights for about 10 seconds to denergize all electricty that may be present. Then reconnect battery.

Turn the key on to the run position without starting it. The computer will go throught the initial diagnostics, and reset the TB. If this doesn't take care of it, you'll get codes that will need to be addressed.

I'm assuming that you have a 5.7 from your sig. If you forced the butterfly in the throat of the TB, you may have bigger problems yet. Also, it is recommended that you use brake cleaner to clean the TB. It has very delicate sensors necessary for "Throttle by Wire to operate"

Good Luck, post back if it doesn't clear up

when you took off the plenum did you disconnect the mass air sensor?

disc the batt for about an hour (tried 20 min before and that didnt work) and the light should go away, that or about 1 inch of electrical tape and youll never see the light again.

A lot of people either bump the air sensor or get crud on it while cleaning the TB. That is whereI would start...

my truck does the same thing. ill have a problem...let it go for a day or 2 (as long as i know its not major) and if its not better then i drive it to this guy i know who runs a diagnostic on it for free...and its been twice now that ive had a problem and on the way to fixing it, it fixes itself...weird truck man....has a mind of it own haha...almost as if it wants attention lol. atleast it fixes itself though
