how do i know for sure which part i need and is it something the deal would have on hand?? i don't want to start this project till i have everything i need ... i use my truck as a DD and can't afford to have it sitting for days after i disassemble everything and find out the part i ordered is the wrong one ... and it's getting HOT here real quick so i'd like to get it done this coming weekend since i've got a 4-day ... parts/service ... how quick could you get the part to me??? zip code is 78521

I just did a heater box on a 06 ram today. I had to replace the blend doors and the lower half of the box because there was no heat on the floor. You should tear the box out and inspect it. It took me 1 hour to remove dash and tear down box. all the parts they have in the warehouse over night delivery.

 

so then you're sure that it's #3 from the pic that i need?? what's involved with discharging the system and recharging it??
