do you have a vacuum pump?

just disconnect all the vaccum hoses to you, and see if they hold a vacuum. maybe there's just a hose that popped off or something.

You blend door is broken inside the box you will have to remove the box to take the blend doors, then you will see where it's broken.

Had to replace the blend & recirc doors in my Grand Cherokee in October. What a friggin' bitch, but nine hours spread over my two days off beat the hell out of the $1100 in labor the dealer wanted to replace barely over $100 in parts...

The most common problen is number 4 in the pic below. The part that you need to fix it is about $40.00. You have to take the dash and A/C housing out of the truck

# number 4 is the recic door this won't make it blow cold on the driver side. You can just remove the glove box and see if the recic door is broken.

it's not ... i've had it apart already ... just wasn't sure how much more of the dash i would have to disassemble before i could take the whole box out and see what's broken ... but that's a question for someone who'se already done it ... so speak up guys ... how far do i have to go to be able to get the box out?

I have done these dashes before. They are very easy to do, you mush pull back the entire dash, discharge A/C system and remove box. then dissasemble it to find the broken door. I can do the entire job in about 3 Hours. Like I said before it's a broken blend door. you will need part number 3, on the pic.
