Thats exactly what my bf said, that if I dont get anywhere with the GM then to get a lawyer and file it as a lemon, but I cant get a hold of the damn GM bc he didnt go to work today..so i have to wait until tomorrow to talk to him.
I called into several different departments, didnt tell them what i wanted or who i was and asked to speak with him and they all said that he hasnt come in today and the last one was the recep or something and said he wasnt coming in, took a message and said she would give it to him tomorrow. And if I dont hear anything by 9 tomorrow, Ill start calling again..
Unfortunately the lemon law does not apply to you as you did not purchase the vehicle new. Have you called the Dodge regional manager. A lot of times, they will work with you on a large repair like that. With 46k miles on your truck, and needing new heads, they may see that this was a manufactured defect.
Let them know what the issue is and work with them. My recomendation to you would be to be factual, pleasant and ask for options. Dont corner them or be cornered by them. Remember if you go there ready to go to battle with them, they can dig their heels and just flatly refuse to do anything (they have recourse, you dont). I work in the service industry, I can tell you, I am always more open to helping people that are not rude or crassor nasty ....
Best of luck to you... keep us posted

I'm 19yrs old, no one is going to listen to anything I say, nice or not. Cause they know they can get away with it. I havent been mean or nasty to anyone yet becuseI worked in customer service, I dont like being yelled at, now, if someone wants to get nasty with me first, then I will..
Thanks for your advice, ill look that up.
