Move down to Houston and I could get you a job with my company. I work for an engineering company and we are hiring document controllers all the time. Stay strong, sounds like you have been through alot here lately.

Dont take this wrong. You being 19 YO has nothing to do with your complaint. Honestly, call the District Manager for Dodge, keep documentation on to whom you spoke with, when, what number you called, what time you called, what they said. Track everything. Pay a visit to the dealership you bought it with. When you talk to the manager, take notes, let him see you taking notes. Tell him what your plans are and what you want to do, Ask him for options, tell him how you want to escalate and ask him to help you. Empower him to help you. I am telling you, being prepared will save you much time and effort.

Shouldnt the powertrain warraty still be good though? I know there was a 3yr/36k bumper to bumper and then a 7yr/70k powertain on top of that for my 05'. Or was that even an option for the 02'?

I would call Dave (parts/service member) he should be able to help you out with a few technicalities. The truck migth still be under warranty and the dealer doesn't want the hassle, give him a shout, its worth a try David Wooten 1-800-663-2522
