sweet you have the 03 4.7 in... 04 from what I hear they dont have programmers available except the SCT...im not too sure what is available for the 4.7 anymore, I kinda fell out of that loop when I got rid of my 02 with the 4.7. at the time had the HO cams, fastman throttle, a few chips, gibson was just starting to make headers..Id have to go back and see what all I had done to mine, I forget anymore. lol. I know I had the HO cams. I also used a jet chip for awhile, it seemed to wake it up a little, but I contribute it to helping fry my tranny. in fact I still have it here, if you want it you can have it. In my opinion id get a full exhaust ( headers, cats, etc..) and put on a intake, then go from there..the question is how far do you want to go? This modding can get addicting, ha ha

 

just a lil 260, and im having the heads cleaned up a little. when I get my tax return im getting the SCT tuner,6.1 coilpack conversion,and possibly the 6.1 intake (havent made a final decision yet on that)...In a few years im planning on getting a 370 stroker, so Im not gonna do any "big" mods now

 

pretty sure theres an exaust on it, i bought it used so dont know 4 sure but it sound deep cracklin but not sure of the extent of work onit, ive never really messed with the chips, i dont have the scratch to buy a new comp if i fry it or the trans 4 that matter lol, but i figured more air more power, ill do the plugs 2 and the 02 sensor/pvc

 

I would like to see how to make the hood scoop functional on the daytonas. it looks like all you have to do is take the plastic insert out and run a pipe to the air filter.

 

yep, just pop out the plastic insert. mine has been removed since the first day I had the truck

 

so where can you buy the piping to connect it? or do ya just make one.
