hey guys i just ordered a set of fog lights off ebay and was wondering if any one had a simple set of instructions or pictures for wiring/set up????

anything will do

Did you order the Mopar ones? If so you might have a plug under the truck on the front where you plug it into.

I am bidding on a set of factory foglights because it includes the factory light switch that is different than the one that my non-fog light Ram has. The difference is that the light switch you will need with the factory lights not only turns left and right, it also pulls out towards you... that is what turns the fog light on. The kit also has the bezels needed to mount the lights. It is more expensive but from what I have been told, much easier and complete. Here's an example:

ive been told its easier but ive already bought these and there on there way i was more less just worried about wheres the best spot to put the wiring through the fire wall and where is best to draw the power from

Run the wires throught the rubber grommet for the throttle cable.

Your truck is more then likely pre-wired for the factory foglights...even though you don't have the actual lights. Look under the driverside around the front bumper support.

yea i do have the factory wiring even though does that help me considering i have another switch to install for the colour changing??? plus what switch would controll the fog lights??

I installed a set of fog light onmy bull bar....it the lights come with a kit, u dont need the factory switch, if anything that will make things more comlicated....trust me. if the fog lights have a kit the instal should not take more than 30 minutes at the most.......
