You have an inverter hooked up anywhere in the truck?? Also check ALL the fuses...

 

I have 4 cig lighters in my truck. I dont use the one n the rear. But the one in the armrest and on the passenger side will provide power with out without the keys in the truck. The driverside cig lighter requires the key to be in the #2 position or on, that way if you have something that draws a lot of current wont kill your batt, the other two are good for cell/pig sniffer/gps etc.
So basically hook cell charger up to the left one that only works if the keys are in it and see if it charges. If it does charge without the keys on it then that will prove that the radio also thinks the keys are still in the ignition. It won't solve your problem but it will narrow it down.

 

okay, the radio wont turn on anymore. The wipers can run non-stop. But I just turned them off. But always get power. And no that cig lighter doesn't work. And whats a inverter megadual?

 

An inverter is a deal that plugs into your cig lighter and has a 110 outlet in it so you can run household type items: TV, microwave, etc, in your truck depending on the size of inverter of course...

Inverter is DC to AC, so you can hook up your 2 plug AC crap up to your truck..

 

why would it matter if I had one? And I do not have an inverter

 

Just a thought. Is the dome light working when you open the door. I thought maybe if the switch was broken the radio wouldn't turn off. Good luck I hate stupid little problems like this.

The lights work all the time. My room mate gave me and Idea, he said maybe the cab lights didn't get sealed good enough and maybe some water came down in it and are touching some wires and are completing some circuit somewhere somehow.

 

yeah but you radiator is a ways from there, dont know how the sirius sat ant is wired in...
