Okay, so my truck's radio will not turn off. even with the key out. and the door open chime is ringing when the keys are out and the door is open. Any help would be awesome.


oh, and the truck isn't throwing any codes.

 

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes? Check the door too.

Sounds like an electrical problem in my suggestion. Maybe it has to do with the push start somehow? since your radio stays on and truck rings like the keys are in i would imagine it thinks the keys are in... May be something with the push start dont know exactly.

 

I have had the push button for 2 years and it hasnt done that yet.

P0627 Fuel Pump "A" Control Circuit Open
P0462 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Low Input

 

does your radio turn off when you push the off button on the radio.

As for it thinking the keys are in the cig lighter on the left goes off when the keys aren't in, try hooking up something to that and turn the truck off and see if the device is still getting power.
