Chrysler 9.25", 12 bolt rear
Chrysler 8", 10 bolt IFS front

4.10's for stock size tires up to 33"
4.56 for tires over 33"
IMO

can you do the gears yourself or is it better to just bring it to a shop. i heard you need a tool to get it right because if theyre too loose its bad and if theyre too tight theyre gonna eat each other up.

Your truck came from the factory with a corporate 9.25 light duty rear axle with a 3.55 gear ratio.

I went with 4.56's and couldnt be happier, but I have 37in tires.

The bigger tires will throwyour speed off, not the gears. I have a tuner and had already programmed it for the 37in tires, I didnt have to do a thing when I swapped gears.

so you mean that 33' tires on 4.56 will give the same power on 4.10? or what?
