Just curious MPG in your 4.7l
According to the overhead console, it gets between 14.8 and 15.3 mpg, depending on how it gets driven and if it's freeway miles or stop and go. We haven't driven it far enough on the freeway to get an actual freeway mile average yet. That's the average over the 2200 miles or so since we got it in March.
And I can't check the overhead console, because my wife keeps putting 5 or 10 gallons in at a time, just to keep her truck going between fill ups!

My average is right around 16, according to the overhead computer.Yesterday the wind was blowing 30+ and I got 12 mph one way and 25 mpg the other way. Just depends what kind of day I'm having.
I just bought my truck a few days ago so I dont have a lot to go on so far. The dealer filled it up when we picked it up and we drove 168.1 miles with about 70% of that being highway (55-70 mph) the other 30% was stop and go driving in the city. When I filled it up again it took 7.5 gallons, so 22.41 MPG so far. I am going to keep close track of it so I will keep posting my numbers as they come.
normally 14-15 avg, have gotten 19 doing highway for 300 miles

I usually get 14-15 around town, and 23 on the highway @ 55 mph. Goes down to around 21-22 if I'm going 70. I use Mobil 1 full synthetic and have true dual exhaust, so that probably helps a bit.
Get around 16 with a mix of congested highway and city on the norm and on longer trips I avg 20 with cruise at 70-75. Have checked the mileage manually on several occasions and it is generally within .5mpg on what the overhead shows. I've only had my '06 QC for about 3 months so it's bone stock and pretty sure the plugs never have been changed.
