To be honest I'm tall as well. I don't mind hopping a little bit to get in. I'm thinking more for others so I don't have to be throwing my dates, wearing heels and dresses/skirts/other,up into my truck all the time(or maybe that's a good thing).
Yes, that's a good thing. Those N-Fab nerf steps look pretty good. I prefer the look of the old school step over the modern running board look.

NASTA polished stainless steel. even the brackets, bolts and washers are stainless.

I must say I'm suprised nobody has voted for the N-fab steps. I think they're fairly low-profile since they're tight to the cab, but tough and rugged looking. N-Fab also makes the pre-runner light bars that I think look good.

I personally like the westin or the OEM nerf bars. I think either one is very sharp looking.
